Accommodation and volunteer placements are arranged separately. Agree your role, supervision, schedule, and project location with your receiving organisation before booking travel.
We can discuss introductions connected to the Maggie Kay Foundation where appropriate. Opportunities depend on local needs and host approval. Work with children requires the organisation’s safeguarding process and any required checks.

Kenya is a large country. A good accommodation choice starts with the actual location of your volunteer work.

- Any orientation or group meeting space needed
Tell us these details and we will discuss whether Ol Kalou is a suitable base. For a placement elsewhere in Kenya, the Hut can also be a place to stay before or after your assignment.

Prices are in US dollars. Airport transfers and safaris are optional and charged separately. Shared-room pricing is per person, not per room. Your written quote confirms availability, the total payable, taxes and any extras. Ask about shorter stays, university groups and conference-room use.
