The enquiry form

The form prepares a message inside your browser. It does not automatically submit your details to a booking database or save them in browser storage. The copy button uses your clipboard when you choose it. Opening an email draft passes the enquiry to your chosen email application; you decide whether to send it.

Email and telephone contact

If you send an enquiry by email or contact the host by telephone, the details you share are used to discuss your stay and, if you book, to arrange it. Your email provider also processes your message under its own policies.

Information to include

Your name, email address, dates, group size, and practical requirements are enough for an initial enquiry. Country of residence and a phone number are optional. Please do not send passport copies, payment-card details, or sensitive research-participant information through this form or in an initial email.

Website operation

This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies, use third-party tracking scripts, or load external fonts. Hosting providers may keep technical access logs. Links to other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Questions about your information

Contact info@grandburnhamhut.org to ask about information you have provided, request a correction, or discuss deletion. Some booking and accounting records may need to be retained.
